With this form you can cancel your recurring, annual memberhip in ESHE. When you cancel your subscription to ESHE, you are removed from the list of current members. To restart your membership in ESHE, you will have to reapply to the Society and then restart your payments. Note that cancelation takes affect immediately. If you are a student member, then you do not need to cancel your membership. Student payments are not recurring. If you want a refund, please contact the treasurer at treasurer@eshe-conference.eu.
